Senior Business Analyst (M&A Change/Implementation) – London/Hybrid – Permanent – £70,000 – £80,000 base + bonus + benefits My client, a leading global financial services organisation, is looking for a business-focused BA to support high-profile transformation and strategic change initiatives. The role will cover business transformation, operating model design, process improvement and organisational change, with the opportunity to support M&A and post-acquisition integration activity. We're looking for someone who understands how a business operates, can work across functions and stakeholders. Supporting M&A / post-acquisition integration activity where relevant Supporting strategic business transformation and change initiatives Working with business leaders and stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and shape practical solutions Experience as a Business Analyst, Business Change Manager within Financial Services or a highly regulated environment Strong experience delivering business change and transformation M&A / post-acquisition integration experience is highly beneficial A strong understanding of how businesses operate, with the ability to work across functions and translate business needs into practical change Experience with Target Operating Models, operating model design, process transformation or organisational change If you're a business-focused change professional looking to work on strategic initiatives with real organisational impact, we'd love to hear from you.
