A leading international professional services firm (30+ offices across 20 countries) is undertaking a major transformation of its Digital, Data and Security estate and they are looking for a SecOps Manager to play a pivotal role in strengthening their security posture across the business.
This is a chance to step into a brand new & highly visible role where you will shape operational security, drive continuous improvement, and partner with global teams to embed best-in-class security practices.
The Opportunity
- Lead programmes that reduce information security risk across the enterprise
- Ensure firmwide applications meet InfoSec standards and remain secure
- Manage accepted risks, changes in vulnerabilities, and remediation activities
- Oversee patching, upgrades, and configuration management across key systems
- Support internal and external audits with high-quality evidence and reporting
- Influence cyber governance, security standards, and operational procedures
- Act as the bridge between security, operations, delivery teams and stakeholders
What You Bring
- Certifications such as Security+, CISSP or similar
- Strong hands-on information security experience: incident response, log review, root-cause analysis
- Experience managing security infrastructure and operational security processes
- Confidence communicating risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
