Inventory Accounting Lead (NetSuite)

We are partnered with a high-growth consumer brand is looking for an interim Inventory Accounting specialist to take full ownership of their end-to-end inventory reconciliation process. This is a hands-on role for someone who can walk in, stabilise the function fast, and bring discipline to an area the current finance team doesn’t have expertise in.

What they need from you

• Deep, proven experience in Inventory Accounting
• Full ownership of Inventory Reconciliation in previous roles
• Confidence operating independently in a high-change environment
• Strong NetSuite background
• Ability to work cross-functionally with ops, procurement, supply chain, and commercial
• Solid grounding in IFRS
• Analytical capability: COGS, SKU-level profitability, stock trends
• Track record improving processes and shaping better systems

• Handling multi-location inventory accuracy
• Improving processes and eliminated reconciliation pain points
• Specific inventory accounting challenges
• Running and owning the full reconciliation cycle end-to-end
