TwentyAI are supporting an ambitious, Series B, fast-growing AI SaaS technology company. They are looking for a growth engineer to drive ARR, supporting business with the next stage of growth. There is a requirement to be onsite, joining a collaborative team 4 Days a week in London.
What you'll do: As a Growth Engineer, you will own your experiments end-to-end—from idea to execution—using your full-stack skills to improve product-led growth. Analyse data, strategise, and implement solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values autonomy and big-picture thinking. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing high-impact growth initiatives while continuously testing and refining your approach. Expect rapid career progression and increased responsibility as you make a direct impact on our ambitious growth targets.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of TypeScript and React
- Full-stack engineering skills, particularly with a front-end focus
- Comfortable working with SQL and data analysis tools
- Experience with experimentation, UX design, and product development
- Keen interest in marketing, conversion psychology, and product growth mechanics
- Ability to manage and execute projects independently
- High sense of urgency and ownership
- Familiarity with server-less architectures, Firebase, Firestore, and related cloud services (advantageous)
- Experience in early-stage tech startups or growth-focused teams (ideal)
