An AI company building an off‑the‑shelf agents and automation platform for non‑technical users to enhance productivity and democratise accessibility. They are not just a drag‑and‑drop tool‑builder and not a raw code‑generation product: users take a working agent off the shelf and customise it, with no wiring or API keys required.
Funding and traction: $10M raised to date, including some of the most compelling angels in the European community, including Firstminute capital. $100k ARR within two months of their launch, targeting >$4M by the end of the year.
The Opportunity For You
Direct ownership over the product's iteration and growth, you'll be someone who has taken on the Seed + journey before with a natural affinity to taste. Run experiments and engage directly with customers, given the authority and ownership to decide on the features that get shipped, and have a direct impact on pushing the needle on adoption and revenue. Define "The Bar", what does good look like in the business in terms of engineering culture, what are best practices for utilising agents, how does the product scale and who should the business be targeting in terms of customer acquisition. This role reports to the C Suite, be the catalyst to success and have your opinions heard and enacted, whilst orchestrating the delivery of your concepts.
What you'll do
- Own features from early definition through to execution.
- Partner closely with Product and Design to shape solutions and refine UX details.
- Set and uphold a high bar for code quality, testing, and maintainability.
- Incorporate your ideas for real customer outcomes.
- Support a small team of engineers through momentum, alignment, and mentorship.
What we're looking for
- 5–8 years' engineering experience, ideally at product‑first companies.
- Fluent with AI-native tooling (Cursor, Codex, or similar).
- Has seen a product/ARR scale meaningfully — e.g. roughly $1M to $5–10M+.
- Strong product intuition, design taste, and user empathy.
