What you'll do:
As a Founding Product Engineer, you'll help shape the foundation of groundbreaking AI products for consulting professionals. You'll collaborate with a team with previous founding credentials and spent time at the most prominent private equity firms in Europe, and most notable consulting firms such as BCG & Quantum Black. You'll take ownership of key systems, moving beyond basic chat-bot experiences to create powerful, enterprise-ready workflows and user interfaces. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering multi-step AI-driven workflows and user experiences.
- Owning end-to-end product features across the full technology stack.
- Turning complex consulting challenges into scalable product solutions.
- Collaborating closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including client advisors and industry veterans.
- Driving the product vision and making impactful product decisions in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Product or Full-Stack Engineer with the ability to quickly turn problem statements into working prototypes.
- Strong technical proficiency in TypeScript, and LLM frameworks (e.g., Pydantic, LangGraph).
- Skilled with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform, PostgreSQL, Modal).
- Ability to create intuitive, polished user interfaces using React.
