They are looking to hire an AI Collaboration Product Owner to join a growing team responsible for shaping the future of AI-powered productivity, collaboration and knowledge management across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation at the forefront of AI adoption, working with market-leading technologies including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and Claude.
As an AI Product Owner, you will support the delivery, adoption and continuous improvement of AI-enabled workplace products and services. You will be acting as the bridge between business users, technology teams and key stakeholders, to help shape product roadmaps, assess AI use cases and drive the successful implementation of tools. You will play a key role in ensuring AI solutions deliver value whilst supporting governance, adoption and ongoing product evolution.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and ongoing enhancement of AI workplace and collaboration products, including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Copilot Studio and other emerging AI technologies.
- Manage and prioritise incoming AI use cases, agent requests and product enhancements, working with stakeholders to understand business needs and define requirements.
- Assess opportunities for AI adoption and recommend appropriate platforms, tools and approaches.
- Collaborate with business, technology, support and risk teams to drive product adoption and continuous improvement.
- Support governance activities including access management, product monitoring, reporting and agent catalogue reviews.
- Act as a key point of contact for AI-related queries, helping to investigate issues and coordinate resolution across teams.
- Monitor product performance, adoption metrics and user feedback to inform future roadmap decisions.
Skills Desired
- Previous experience in Product Ownership, Product Management or a similar role delivering digital products.
- Strong interest in Generative AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, Claude and AI-powered workplace tools.
- Strong technical background is highly beneficial.
- Exposure to low-code and AI platforms such as Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry or similar technologies.
