TwentyAI is partnering with a private equity-backed global SaaS business headquartered in London, currently experiencing significant growth. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Group Financial Controller to lead and elevate the finance function within a rapidly expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, including direct oversight of Finance Operations Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS standards, and delivering accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
- M&A Integration: Lead financial due diligence and post-deal integration for acquisitions, aligning financial operations with the company\’s strategic goals and facilitating seamless transitions.
- System Optimization: Drive enhancements in financial systems and processes to support scalability and efficiency, leveraging technology to streamline operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the CFO and senior leadership team to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making, contributing to the company\’s growth trajectory.
- Internal Controls: Ensure the robustness of internal controls and governance structures as the company scales, maintaining financial integrity and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced private equity environment, demonstrating strong team leadership capabilities and experience managing legal entities across multiple countries. Financial Operation leadership experience is essential. A proactive approach and the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes are essential for success in this role.
