twentyAi have partnered with a Series A Scale-Up business to support them in hiring a Finance Analyst who can support the day‑to‑day finance operations. This role sits at the heart of the finance function, covering core accounting processes including AP/AR, month‑end close, reconciliations, and systems improvement. This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone with strong accounting fundamentals who wants to go beyond transactional finance. You will help improve processes, support system implementations, and play a key role in building a lean, modern finance function that uses automation and AI to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Own month‑end close, reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Support payroll and VAT compliance
  • Maintain finance systems, controls, and process documentation
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis

Requirements

  • Experience in finance operations, accounting, or similar
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and controls
  • Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite
  • Process‑driven, detail‑oriented, and confident improving systems
  • Studying towards or planning to complete ACCA, ACA or equivalent

This is a contract to hire role (Inside IR35), hybrid of 4 days in the office and to begin immediately.
