Specializing in data, technology, finance, and GTM, our proprietary data analytics platform streamlines the recruitment process, allowing consultants to focus on building relationships and staying ahead of industry trends. TwentyAI's solutions are delivered across 3 main brands - TwentyAI, Technicorns and In2America.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a European Head of VC Partnerships, based in our London office, with some work from home acceptable. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding a robust partner network that accelerates revenue growth and broadens the company’s market presence. This role involves creating strategic alliances with key players in the VC ecosystem, including but not limited to VCs, Accelerators, EDCs, Technology Providers, Accountants, Lawyers and complimentary service partners. Essentially, any business that supports Venture Capitalists in identifying, evaluating, funding, and managing portfolio companies throughout their lifecycle and the Portfolio Companies themselves through all stages of growth.

The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of building successful partner programs and will work cross-functionally to drive initiatives that deliver mutual value.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication and Negotiation
  • Proven sales skills with a track record of scaling a partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and product positioning
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage complex partnerships with multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the talent and staffing industry, payroll or PEO / EOR industry is an advantage

This is a unique opportunity to work with the regional CEOs and US head of Partnerships to put a structure in place across all our brands. You will interact with all areas of the business locally and internationally, have the opportunity to travel, attend conferences, speak at events and be a brand ambassador for our company with clients and partners. A deep interest in US business and culture would be advantageous.
