A global consulting firm is building out its Workplace & Collaboration function and is hiring a Product Owner to lead the delivery and optimisation of its print, scanning, and smart workplace technology services.
This is a hands‑on product role owning the tools that keep a large, high‑expectation organisation moving day to day from secure print and scanning to meeting rooms, desks, and physical access.
The Role
- Own day‑to‑day and sprint‑based delivery of print infrastructure, secure scanning, and workplace management tools (room booking, desk management, visitor systems, physical security).
- Shape the product vision and roadmap for workplace services in line with enterprise technology strategy.
- Work closely with consultants, operations teams, and facilities to translate evolving workplace needs into clear product enhancements.
- Manage backlogs and prioritisation across multiple services, balancing user experience, cost, and operational resilience.
- Use analytics and usage data to optimise device placement, resource allocation, and service performance.
- Monitor uptime, support trends, and user feedback, driving rapid improvement with IT, security, and facilities teams.
- Stay current on secure printing, identity solutions, workplace automation, and sustainability best practice.
- Lead user guidance and training to drive adoption and effective use of workplace tools.
- Produce clear reporting on service performance, risks, and improvement initiatives for senior stakeholders.
About You
- Strong experience managing workplace technology services in a large enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of secure printing, document scanning, workplace management platforms, and physical security solutions.
- Proven ability to build and execute service roadmaps across multiple products.
