As the Project Test Lead, you will drive the end-to-end testing strategy and manage test execution across a large-scale project, with a key focus on implementing a Vendor Management System (VMS). You'll be responsible for coordinating testing activities, managing defect tracking, ensuring quality assurance standards, and engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.

Your work will involve designing and implementing the overall test approach, leading user acceptance testing, preparing reports and dashboards, facilitating key meetings, and supporting go-live readiness. You'll play a critical role in delivering high quality results for a project focused on external workforce management, procurement, or HR technology.

  • Proven test leadership experience, ideally within financial services
  • Strong background in project or system implementation testing
  • Experience supporting or leading Vendor Management System (VMS) implementations (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Workday VNDLY)
  • Expertise in User Acceptance Testing planning, coordination, and execution
  • Proficient in defect management, issue tracking, and test reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder management across both technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for clear reporting and communication
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a structured project environment
  • Experience in external workforce, HR technology, or procurement projects is a plus
