twentyAI are partnering with a prestigious law firm that is investing heavily in its data and analytics capability and is now looking to appoint an experienced Data Modeller to play a key role in shaping its enterprise data landscape. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of the firm’s data models, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned to business and regulatory needs. You’ll work closely with technical and business stakeholders to design models that underpin advanced analytics, predictive insight, and informed decision-making across the firm.
The role:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining conceptual, logical, and physical data models across multiple business domains
- Leading the creation of predictive and analytical models that support strategic decision-making
- Ensuring data consistency, integrity, and quality through well-structured databases and optimised data designs
- Integrating data models into new and existing systems, enabling seamless data flow and interoperability
- Partnering with data architects, analysts, developers, and reporting teams to define and deliver data requirements
- Conducting model reviews to ensure alignment with governance standards, regulatory obligations, and best practice
- Assessing and adopting new data modelling tools and technologies to improve scalability and efficiency
Requirements:
- Strong experience delivering end-to-end data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) in complex environments
- Proven expertise in predictive modelling and enabling advanced analytics
- Solid understanding of data architecture, database design, and optimisation
- Hands-on experience with recognised data modelling tools (e.g. ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, or similar)
- Deep knowledge of data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Confident communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams
