We are expanding our Technology practice and seeking an experienced 360 Tech Recruiter to drive new business, develop client relationships, and ensure successful delivery across mandates.

Your role as a 360 Tech Recruiter:

  • Develop and manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and secure recruitment mandates.
  • Engage in business development activities, including cold and warm outreach, meetings, and networking to grow our client base.
  • Source and headhunt niche tech talent using multi-channel approaches such as LinkedIn, coding communities, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain an engaged candidate network, utilizing data and technology to match top talent with client needs.
  • Market map and track technology trends, providing clients with insights and talent strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from client briefing and candidate qualification to offer negotiation and placement.
