We are expanding our Technology practice and seeking an experienced 360 Tech Recruiter to drive new business, develop client relationships, and ensure successful delivery across mandates.
Your role as a 360 Tech Recruiter:
- Develop and manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and secure recruitment mandates.
- Engage in business development activities, including cold and warm outreach, meetings, and networking to grow our client base.
- Source and headhunt niche tech talent using multi-channel approaches such as LinkedIn, coding communities, and referrals.
- Build and maintain an engaged candidate network, utilizing data and technology to match top talent with client needs.
- Market map and track technology trends, providing clients with insights and talent strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from client briefing and candidate qualification to offer negotiation and placement.
What we’re looking for:
- A proven track record as a 360 recruitment consultant specializing in Tech or Data verticals.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to win and nurture client relationships.
- Expertise in headhunting, networking, and talent attraction strategies.
