Regional Sales Manager | SDR Manager – Wakefield based
We are searching for an experienced Leader in managing Account Managers and Field Sales for a leading provider of IT and communication services to develop their sales strategy. To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of being a high-achieving sales leader with exceptional hands-on sales ability and management skills. With extensive experience in the Telecommunications and Contact Center market and Saas products. You will work collaboratively with the marketing department to build pipeline with high-quality inbound prospects, develop effective outbound prospecting campaigns, supervise recruitment, and generate monthly sales reports for executive review.

Your responsibilities
- To lead and grow a dynamic team of internal sales representatives and field sales
- Conduct performance evaluations using sales development metrics
- Maximise new business development opportunities
- Supervise the hiring and team building efforts of SDMs
- Iterate sales techniques for improvements

Skills and Experience
- Proven experience managing inside sales teams, including SDRs and field sales representatives and lead a top performing team
- Experienced using CRMs – understanding tools, tactics, and processes for maintaining customer data for sales.
- Effective use of analytics to find and qualify leads. A director of sales creates strategies and targets with data-driven insights and metrics
- Capable of working independently and developing indigenous solutions.
- Motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Unified Communications and Contact Centre as a Service, and multi-channel (Omnichannel) communications
