Job Description
Role: Trade Surveillance (Equities) – 6-Month FTC
Salary: £80K–£90K
Location: London & Hybrid
We’re partnering with a leading global capital markets institution looking to strengthen its Trade Surveillance function within Financial Markets. They’re looking for a key hire to support enhanced oversight across equities trading and communications monitoring on a short-term basis.
Key focus areas will include:
- Trade and comms surveillance for equities trading
- Investigating alerts and escalating potential market abuse
- Performing surveillance deep-dives and thematic reviews
- Working closely with compliance, front office, and risk functions
- Supporting regulatory requests and internal audits
We’re looking for individuals who can offer:
- Proven experience in trade surveillance and communications surveillance
- Strong knowledge of equities markets and financial instruments
- Background in banking or financial markets environments
