Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute inbound due diligence requests (DDQs) from clients, exchanges, banks, and other counterparties.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to compile accurate responses, documentation, and internal policy material.
- Gather and analyse corporate, KYC, AML, and ownership structure documents across multiple entities.
- Maintain due diligence metrics and KPIs; identify areas for efficiency and process improvement.
- Proactively assess and mitigate risk in compliance with internal frameworks and regulatory expectations.
- Suggest and implement enhancements to due diligence and client onboarding processes.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in due diligence, KYC/AML, client onboarding, or compliance within Crypto.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently manage workflows, meet tight deadlines, and work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.
- Awareness of compliance, regulatory and risk issues related to onboarding and operational due diligence.
