We’re working with a well‑known global bank that’s looking for a Privacy Analyst to join its European Privacy Office. If you’re confident running privacy assessments, enjoy influencing first‑line stakeholders, and want broad exposure across regions, this is a brilliant opportunity.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking the lead on Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)—reviewing, challenging, and advising the business on controls, mitigations, and privacy risks.
- Partnering closely with first‑line teams, providing challenge and credible guidance.
- Supporting privacy incident management, Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), and regulatory change activity.
- Helping maintain Record of Processing Activities (RoPAs), privacy risk assessments, policies, and wider governance.
- Contributing to the privacy programme across Europe & APAC.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands‑on PIA experience—this is essential.
- Experience in a regulated environment (financial services preferred).
- Confident stakeholder management: able to challenge constructively and influence outcomes.
- Good understanding of GDPR and privacy risk frameworks.
- Analytical, detail‑driven, and comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions.
