Hybrid London-based (can be remote, with occasional London travel). We’re supporting a payments business with an urgent short-term requirement to clear a compliance backlog. This is a hands-on contract role, starting immediately and running initially for 10 weeks (to end of March).
Key focus areas:
- Drafting and updating compliance policies and procedures
- Compliance monitoring and audit support
- Payments regulatory coverage including PSD2 / FSMA
- Working across safeguarding, complaints, Consumer Duty, operational resilience
- Authorisation and/or change of control processes
Requirements:
- Proven payments / EMI compliance experience at manager level or above
- Comfortable delivering at pace with minimal supervision
- Immediately available
- London-based preferred (remote considered with some London visits)
