We’re working with a well‑known global bank that’s looking for a Privacy Analyst to join its European Privacy Office. If you’re confident running privacy assessments, enjoy influencing first‑line stakeholders, and want broad exposure across regions, this is a brilliant opportunity.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Taking the lead on Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) — reviewing, challenging, and advising the business on controls, mitigations, and privacy risks.
  • Partnering closely with first‑line teams, providing challenge and credible guidance.
  • Supporting privacy incident management, Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), and regulatory change activity.
  • Helping maintain Record of Processing Activities (RoPAs), privacy risk assessments, policies, and wider governance.
  • Contributing to the privacy programme across Europe & APAC.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong hands‑on PIA experience — this is essential.
  • Experience in a regulated environment (financial services preferred).
  • Confident stakeholder management: able to challenge constructively and influence outcomes.
  • Good understanding of GDPR and privacy risk frameworks.
  • Analytical, detail‑driven, and comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions.
