Our client, a multi-award-winning consultancy firm based in London, is looking for a full-time Compliance Manager to work within their Payment Services team. The company is offering a competitive salary as well as an excellent benefits package. The role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with 2 days in the office and 3 days homeworking.

In this role, you will provide support for firms regulated by the FCA under payment services regulations:

  • Develop and draft compliance policies and procedures, regulations and best practices to create a Payment Services offering for external clients
  • Support the Head of Payments to build, manage and motivate a team of highly skilled compliance professionals
  • Provide support for FCA authorisation applications across a range of types of payment service provider firms
  • Liaise directly with clients to assist with compliance technical questions and provide support with the applications

Requirements:

  • Must have a working knowledge of Payment Service Regulations and the FCA approach to regulating payment firms and a good regulatory compliance background
  • Experience with regulations such as Consumer Duty, Safeguarding and Operational Resilience
