Compliance Consultant

A multi-award-winning compliance consultancy is expanding its Investments Compliance team and is looking for someone who wants to step up, broaden their experience, and work with a wide range of clients across the investments, asset, and wealth management sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity if you’re currently in compliance, monitoring, FOS casework, regulatory oversight, or a more generalist role and want to gain deeper exposure to MiFID, AIFMD, and the wider FCA regulatory landscape.

Accelerated Learning

Work directly with senior industry experts and get hands‑on experience across investments regulation, something that’s hard to access in‑house unless you wait years for progression.

Broad Exposure

You won’t be stuck doing the same thing. You’ll support a mix of FCA applications, Client audits, Regulatory reviews, M&A due diligence, Horizon scanning and regulatory change projects.

Salary & Perks

£40-55K, bonus, collaborative culture, structured development, plus 25–30 days holiday, PMI, pension, gym contribution, and regular socials.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in financial services compliance, FOS complaints/casework, controls/monitoring, or regulatory oversight.
• A desire to build expertise in investments, asset management, and FCA regulation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, you’ll be working directly with clients.
• Knowledge of FCA rules (such as MiFID, AIFMD, or financial promotions) is beneficial.
• Professional qualifications (e.g., CISI UK Regulation or other regulatory qualifications) are a bonus.
