A global professional services group is growing its Regulatory Compliance Consulting team and is hiring a junior consultant to support a broad range of regulatory and conduct-focused projects across financial services.
This role suits someone with 1–3 years’ regulatory or compliance experience looking to move into compliance consulting or expand early consulting exposure.
The role:
- Support delivery of regulatory compliance consulting projects
- Draft and review policies, procedures and monitoring programmes
- Assist with FCA authorisations and variations of permission
- Conduct regulatory health checks, file reviews and testing
- Research regulation and turn it into practical client advice
What they’re looking for:
- Early-career experience in regulatory or compliance roles (in-house or consulting)
- Exposure to regs such as PSRs / Payments, EMI/PI frameworks, MiFID II, COBS, SYSC, SMCR, conduct risk etc
- Strong written communication and structured thinking
NB – This is not an AML / financial crime role – focus is regulatory & conduct compliance.
