This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing FX business as their first dedicated compliance hire, working directly with the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).

You’ll support the build-out and day-to-day running of the firm’s AML and financial crime framework, with responsibilities including:
- Transaction Monitoring investigations and escalation
- Customer onboarding, KYC/CDD and periodic reviews
- Working with financial crime systems and tooling
- Supporting improvements to controls, processes, and MI
- Acting as a key compliance contact for front-office and operations teams
To be considered, you MUST have:
- Prior experience working for a FX / payments business (essential)
- Hands-on AML / financial crime experience (essential)
- Experience with Transaction Monitoring and KYC/onboarding (essential)
- Commercially aware and confident working with front-office teams
