Job Responsibilities:
- Daily calibration of coffee flavours at the start of shift.
- Prepare specialty coffee and beverages according to SOP recipes and standards.
- Provide both team and guests with information for coffee-related enquiries.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels (coffee beans, ingredients for beverages, etc.).
- Day-to-day operation including performing cashiering duties and food prep (including sandwiches and bowls).
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with regular guests and team members.
- In charge of the P&L and menu offerings for all coffee and its related products.
- Perform general housekeeping including upkeeping of coffee machine.
- Experience in latte art is a plus point.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills - possessing a high level of empathy with good listening skills.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene practices.
- Willingness to teach and share professional knowledge with the team.
- Trustworthy, impartial, and maintain a high level of discipline and punctuality.
