Your Duties
- Attend site visits to monitor progress and pick up variations with site team
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Prepare cost value reconciliations on each project monthly

- Proven experience as a quantity surveyor (structural/civil/construction backgrounds or similar)
- Strong knowledge of concrete/steel frame structures and cut and carve works
- Experienced using bluebeam or similar software
- Commutable to Bromley
