Join our energetic team as we are recruiting for a Senior Sous to assist our kitchen team. The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

About you: We are looking for a Senior Sous who is passionate about food using local produce to create quality well-presented dishes. We want someone who can bring creativity to this; we want vibrant, delicious mouth-watering food that looks amazing and tastes even better! You should thrive during a busy service and be able to handle the pressure of a busy kitchen. We want someone who is adaptable and can come up with solutions to issues. Most importantly, you need to be hard-working, reliable, with a passion for food and want to be a positive leader.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Maintaining a positive and encouraging kitchen environment
  • Assisting with the training of the team and sharing your knowledge
  • Ordering and stock inventory
  • Ensuring that the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary, food safety and health and safety practices
  • Running busy services, maintaining impeccable food preparation and presentation standards of all dishes leaving the kitchen

Salary offer advertised is a minimum; we are more than happy to negotiate this taking your experience into consideration. This is a permanent position working across two sites with year-round hours to suit a work-life balance.
