Network Solutions Engineer

TwentyTwo Integration needs an IT Solutions Engineer who\’s already an expert in networking, server infrastructure, and cloud technologies—and wants to lead complex high-end residential projects while working as part of an award winning team.

This isn\’t a reactive traditional IT role. You\’ll be leading solution design, delivering multi-technology projects within some of the best homes in and around London. You will also act as the technical escalation point for your specialism.

The Role

You\’ll lead delivery of small, medium, and large High End Residential projects—both remotely and onsite. Think solution architecture within your technical specialism, complex fault resolution, infrastructure audits, and site surveys. You\’ll attend customer calls for technical discussions and scoping, design best-practice solutions, and interface with project & service teams to deliver what customers actually need.

Beyond project delivery, you\’ll act as the internal mentor and technical advisor for your area of expertise—providing leadership, creating documentation, maintaining knowledge base articles, and supporting colleagues on complex implementations. You\’re setting the standard for how we deliver technology solutions.

What you will bring:

Proven IT support or delivery experience with demonstrable subject matter expertise in

Networking: VLANs, routing, wireless, Netgear, Meraki, Fortinet, Cisco

Specialist or expert knowledge in networking plus solid generalist technical skills across the board

Ability to confidently architect solutions within your technical specialism

Excellent troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to complex problems

Strong desire to grow your technical knowledge and customer service capability

Flexibility for adjusted hours or occasional overnight stays on larger projects

Full valid UK driving licence (essential)

Nice to have:

Experience in an IT managed service environment

Relevant vendor certifications (Microsoft, Meraki, Fortinet, Cisco)
