Our client is a fast-growing, dynamic business seeking an experienced PA/Administrator to support two Directors and ensure the smooth running of the office. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage an office, organise emails and diaries, coordinate travel, and keep multiple priorities moving at pace.
You’ll be supporting two very different Directors — one fast-paced and less structured, the other highly detail-focused and process-driven — so adaptability is key. If you’re numerically minded, there is also the opportunity to assist with basic financial tasks.
Strong IT skills are essential, and experience with a construction CRM would be an advantage (training can be provided). You’ll act as the Directors’ eyes and ears, helping maintain oversight in their absence and lightening their load day-to-day.
As they’ve never had a dedicated PA before, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the role, implement your own systems, and grow alongside the business. This is an office-based position in Surrey, with some flexibility offered.
