Are you an experienced Director of Strategy and Performance? This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and is similar to a Chief of Staff position. This role has been created to bring greater structure, clarity, and alignment across strategy, performance, and executive operations. Ensuring their Strategic Plan is clearly understood, translated into deliverable priorities, and supported by strong progress, risks, and outcomes.
You will also play a central role in shaping how the executive team operates by:
- Keeping discussions focused at the appropriate strategic level
- Strengthening the use of KPIs to drive data-led decision-making
- Embedding a more joined-up, accountable approach across senior leadership
- Leading the development and drafting of our next Strategic Plan
An experienced strategic leader who is already operating successfully in a comparable role, ideally as a Chief of Staff or equivalent.
