The Role
This is a newly created position to help move my client's premium brand business to the next level. They are seeking to develop and maximise the performance of the existing Marketing and CRM teams whilst developing their customer activity and enhancing their PR, Digital and Social Media reach.

The Role
- Managing a team of staff, primarily located in Wakefield and Huddersfield.
- Lead, develop, and manage the Marketing Team to be innovative and inspirational.
- Lead, develop, and drive the performance of the CRM team to ensure first-class database management, excellent customer response, and business development and retention.
- Work with Senior Management to develop and shape both the marketing and digital/social media strategy in line with brand and company objectives, through to implementation and delivery.
- Responsible for competitor analysis, industry trends, consumer insights, and segmentation.
- Formulate new brand strategies, improve existing brand strategies, and capitalise on emergent opportunities.
- Ensure effective, branded marketing communications, including the company website.
- Work with other department heads to build a strong and robust business.
- Delegate responsibility for tasks/projects to staff to achieve agreed marketing and social media objectives while also being ‘hands-on’.
- Oversee events in all forms.
- Devise, approve, and oversee the implementation of campaigns.
- Review the follow-up and measurement of enquiry/lead generation.
- Manage all advertising and PR in line with Marketing Strategy.
- Be the lead role to ensure effective use of the CRM system across the business and ensure maximum performance for the CRM team members.
- Accountable for the application of the brands, both Company and third-party Premium Brands.
- Ensure effective recruitment campaigns to guarantee skilled and efficient employees – employer brand.
