Our client, a Professional Services firm is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its Technology & Data team, supporting complex, high-profile and business-critical Data & AI projects.

The role will work across Product, Change and Technology, partnering with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions.

What you'll be doing:
Key Business Analysis across full project and product lifecycles with a specific focus on their Data & AI portfolio
Working with senior stakeholders, Product Owners and technical teams to define scope and requirements
Leading workshops, requirements discovery and process mapping
Translating business needs into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria
Supporting Agile and Waterfall delivery, including UAT and testing
What we're looking for:
5+ years experience as a Senior Business Analyst ideally within the Professional Services industry
Strong experience across requirements gathering, process mapping and business process improvement
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Good technical and xohmjla data literacy, with the ability to work confidently with technical teams
Understanding and motivation to work on their AI portfolio
