Our client, a prime London property investor and developer, is looking for an experienced Business Systems Administrator to join its team, supporting its Horizon real estate platform and associated modules. The role will partner with internal users, external managing agents and software vendors to keep business-critical systems reliable, efficient and aligned with the needs of the business. What you'll be doing: First and second line support for Horizon and related modules, working with vendors to resolve issues Managing user accounts, security roles and system access Maintaining system configuration, master data and reference data Supporting upgrades, testing and new functionality deployments Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation Writing documentation and delivering user training What we're looking for: 3+ years' experience in business systems, ERP support, application support or systems administration Experience supporting business-critical applications, ideally within real estate, property or finance Strong troubleshooting skills and the confidence to investigate issues independently Experience working with software vendors and end users A curious, proactive approach with a habit of taking ownership Desirable: Horizon, Yardi, MRI or similar property platforms, plus SQL, SSRS or Power BI If you're a systems professional who wants to own a business-critical platform and keep improving it, we'd love to hear from you.
