Location: West London (Hybrid)
Hours: Full Time
We’re working with a globally recognised lifestyle brand to find a talented POS Manager who can set and drive the strategy for how the brand shows up in retail environments worldwide.
The Role
This is not just about delivery — it’s about owning the POS strategy from the ground up. You’ll visit retail spaces, assess requirements, and develop a clear plan that ensures every touchpoint reflects the brand and drives engagement. From there, you’ll manage the development process, working closely with designers and engaging directly with manufacturers to bring those ideas to life.
What You’ll Do
- Define and implement POS strategy across global retail environments.
- Audit and assess retail spaces to identify needs and opportunities.
- Lead POS projects from concept through to production and rollout.
- Partner with design teams and manufacturers to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets while ensuring technical feasibility and brand alignment.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in POS management within retail, consumer goods, or luxury brands.
- Strong strategic mindset — able to translate brand objectives into tangible in-store experiences.
- Excellent technical knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and print techniques.
- Skilled in project management, with experience engaging multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
- Confident communicator, proactive, and highly organised.
Why Apply?
This is a chance to shape how a globally recognised brand expresses itself in-store — balancing creativity with strategy and execution. If you’re passionate about retail experience and want a role where you set the vision and make it happen, this could be the one for you.
