A small, design-led architectural practice working with residential developers is seeking a Technical Interior Designer to join their team. This is a remote role, but you’ll need to be within commuting distance of London for the occasional meet-up, workshop, or site visit. The practice prides itself on delivering thoughtfully detailed residential interiors with a focus on quality, function, and timeless design.
We’re looking for someone confident in producing detailed technical drawing packages in AutoCAD, ideally with experience in the residential or housing development sector. You’ll be the go-to for ensuring that beautifully considered design concepts are technically robust and ready for site.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating full drawing packs for tender and construction using AutoCAD
- Collaborating with the architectural team and external consultants across all RIBA stages
- Supporting project delivery with documentation, schedules, and site coordination

- Working independently and communicating clearly while remote
