Architectural Technologist / Architect

Location: Remote (within 40 miles of Sevenoaks, Kent)
We’re working with a growing design studio with a strong focus on residential development schemes, alongside selected commercial projects. They are looking for a technically focused Architect or Architectural Technologist to join the team and take ownership of delivering projects to the highest standard.
The Role
This is a hands-on technical role, suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, detail, and producing high-quality drawing packages. You’ll be working closely with the studio’s leadership team and will be responsible for delivering projects from design through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing full drawing packs for residential and commercial schemes
- Leading on building control submissions and technical compliance
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and local authorities
- Working independently while contributing to a small, collaborative team
About You
- Confident user of Revit
- Strong technical knowledge and detail-focused approach
- Previous experience in residential development projects
- CIAT or RIBA qualified
- Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills
- Based within 1–2 hours of Sevenoaks to allow for site and studio visits when required
