About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents within care home settings
- Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans
- Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing
- Lead and support Healthcare Assistants and care teams
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best nursing practices
- Make a positive difference to the lives of residents and their families
Key Requirements
- NMC Registered Nurse with a valid PIN
- Minimum of 12 months UK nursing experience
- Previous experience working within a care home environment is highly desirable
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills
