The role
- Carrying out clinical assessments and care planning
- Administering medication safely and in line with NMC guidelines
- Leading and supporting Healthcare Assistants and junior staff
- Liaising with GPs, families and other professionals
- Keeping accurate clinical records
- Following safeguarding and infection control procedures
What we're looking for
- Current NMC registration (RGN/RN) with a valid PIN
- At least 12 months' UK experience as a Registered Nurse; care home experience preferred
- A valid DBS check, or willingness to complete oneA caring, reliable and professional approach
- The right to work in the UK
