Twenty First Group is seeking a People and Operations Lead to own People & Culture day-to-day, overseeing HR operations from onboarding to offboarding. You will ensure accurate screening, maintain data integrity, and manage records with strict privacy controls.
You'll report to the MD and collaborate across teams to embed high performance behaviours, run performance cycles, and stay ahead of UK employment law. Hybrid working is offered from our London-based Farringdon office.
