Now, we’re looking for a fearless Business Development Manager to join our team and own the sales function end-to-end. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and bringing fresh ideas to the table, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the agency’s growth. You’ll own the entire business development cycle from prospecting and pitching, through to negotiating contracts and closing partnerships. Because we specialise in beauty, you’ll need to understand the unique challenges and opportunities in the industry. This knowledge will help you connect authentically with clients and position us as their trusted growth partner. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, perfect for someone confident, ambitious, and excited to make a big impact.
Responsibilities
Business Development
- Research, identify, and target ambitious beauty brands
- Lead outreach through calls, tailored emails, and social engagement
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline via CRM tools and LinkedIn
- Attend beauty and consumer brand events to network with decision-makers
Consultative Selling
- Understand client goals, challenges, and audiences
- Present tailored TikTok and Meta growth strategies
- Clearly communicate our unique value and approach
Closing Deals
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and retainers
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly new business targets
- Stay up to date on beauty and wellness industry trends
- Share insights to shape sales strategies and proposals
- Work closely with internal teams to develop winning proposals
- Ensure a smooth handoff from sales to delivery
Performance Tracking
- Monitor leads, conversions, and outreach effectiveness
- Refine strategies based on data and results
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ business development or sales experience, ideally within digital marketing, advertising, or agency environments
- Strong understanding of (or passion for) the beauty industry
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Skilled at building relationships, pitching, and closing
- Tech-savvy with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, TikTok, and Meta platforms
What we offer
- £25,000–£35,000 base salary + commission on closed deals
