We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming Primary Schools in Leamington Spa, Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon. Whether you are looking for flexible daily supply or a full-time long-term opportunity, we have roles to suit your availability and career goals.
As a patient and caring Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students thrive both academically and emotionally. You will work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to provide tailored support across the School(s).
Successful candidates must:
- Have a minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Have at least 3 months’ child-related experience in a school or similar setting
- Be willing to complete DBS, vetting and reference checks
- Be confident supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Be adaptable, proactive and able to use initiative
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safeguarding and School policies at all times
- Support the Class Teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons
- Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to support learning – including students with additional learning needs
- Assist with classroom preparation and organisation
- Promote positive behaviour, engagement and independence
