Twenty4Seven Education is seeking multiple dedicated and inspirational Teachers with UK QTS, to teach their chosen subject in Secondary Schools across Warwickshire. We have roles starting ASAP/September.
We work closely with these supportive Schools to provide them with reliable, committed and passionate Teachers to join their remarkable departments. Our Schools provide stimulating environments, flexibility, professional development opportunities and strong support for staff to flourish.
Supply teachers play a crucial role in supporting schools during critical periods by offering specialised subject cover when regular staff members are absent. The duration of these roles may vary and many temporary positions serve as potential pathways to more permanent teaching opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:- Have regard for the need to safeguard pupils’ well-being following statutory provisions
- Plan and deliver a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of all students in line with the National Curriculum
- Assess, record, and report on student progress while maintaining accurate records
- Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment following the school’s behaviour policy
- Take responsibility for improving teaching through appropriate professional development, responding to advice and feedback from colleagues
- Communicate effectively with parents and other professionals about pupils’ achievements and well-being
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Right to work in the UK
- Satisfactory references covering the last 2 years
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child Workforce) on the Update Service or willing to pay and apply for a new one (Twenty4Seven Education can assist you with this process)
- Experience teaching within an educational setting or similar
- Up-to-date knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Excellent subject knowledge in your chosen subject
- Read the DfE ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ (2024) document
- Excellent classroom management
- Good Literacy, Numeracy and IT skills
