Do you have a passion for ensuring the safety and well-being of students, staff, and visitors? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to work as a School Caretaker at a prestigious boys grammar school in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. This is a permanent, full-time role with the hours worked on a rotation pattern – 6am until 2pm/7:30am until 3:30pm/11:30 until 7:30pm. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with strong maintenance skills to branch out into an education environment. Key Responsibilities: * Support the Head Caretaker/Facilities Manager in maintaining and developing the school premises and grounds. * Ensure the school is a clean, healthy, and safe environment for all. * Assist the site team at both school sites, demonstrating flexibility in hours as required. Requirements: * Experience in DIY and general building maintenance. * Good level of literacy and numeracy. * Commitment to Health and Safety procedures. * Ability to contribute to the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare and personal care of children and young people.
