About the Role

As a Primary School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that support students\’ academic, social, and emotional development. With a commitment to high standards and inclusive teaching, you will create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.

* Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching methods accordingly.

* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the needs of all learners.

* Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative learning community.

* Implement behaviour management strategies to ensure a safe and respectful learning space.

* Support pupils in developing key literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.

* Differentiate lessons to accommodate varying abilities, ensuring all pupils are challenged and supported.

* Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and training sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

* Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.

* A strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

* A passion for inspiring young learners and fostering a love of education.

* The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.

* A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching, ensuring lessons are engaging and inclusive.
