Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking qualified Level 2+ TAs to work on a full-time, long-term ongoing basis starting in September. We supply to a variety of vibrant and supportive Primary Schools across Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding areas of Warwickshire. Successful candidates will be confident supporting pupils across the EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing general classroom TA support/small group intervention sessions/1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
- Completing administrative tasks as required
- Supporting the monitoring and tracking of academic progress
- Promoting and maintaining positive behaviour management strategies
- Following statutory safeguarding guidance in line with KCSIE
Requirements:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above
- Previous experience working within a Primary School setting (minimum of 3 months)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning
