- Helping students stay engaged and focused on their learning
- Supporting students’ social and emotional development
- Creating a safe, structured and positive learning environment
What we’re looking for:
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to get involved
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working with children or young people (school-based preferred but not essential)
- An interest in SEN, SEMH or supporting vulnerable learners
- Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
What’s on offer:
- Salary up to £27,528
- Full-time, permanent role

- Supportive team environment
- Opportunity to build a long-term career in education
