We are currently recruiting passionate and reliable Teaching Assistants to support schools with long-term, short-term and permanent staffing requirements. Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils academically, socially and emotionally
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
- Providing 1:1 support where required
- Supporting pupils with SEND needs
- Helping maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
- Assisting with classroom preparation and learning resources
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred
- Experience working within a school environment
- Experience supporting SEND pupils is desirable
- Positive, proactive and engaging attitude
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Ability to commute to schools across Leicester/Leicestershire
- Available from 8:20am onwards
