We’re looking for enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistants to join a fantastic SEN school in Maidstone. This is a brilliant opportunity to support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to grow in confidence and reach their full potential.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis with their learning.

*

Encouraging independence, confidence, and social skills.

*

Working closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Making a real difference every single day.

What we’re looking for:

Someone who is patient, compassionate, and resilient.

A good communicator who can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

*

Experience with SEN is a bonus – but if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn, training and support will be provided!
