Supply Cover Supervisor – Warwickshire – ASAP
Location: Nuneaton, Bedworth, Rugby, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Southam, Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas
Hours: Typically 8:30am-3:30pm
Contract: Daily supply (flexible - based on your availability)
Pay rate: £100-£120 per day
Are you a confident, flexible and reliable Cover Supervisor, with the ability to inspire and enthuse Secondary School students, so that they maintain their learning in the absence of their regular teacher? At Twenty4Seven Education we work with multiple supportive Secondary Schools across the Warwickshire area, offering day-to-day opportunities starting ASAP. As a Supply Cover Supervisor, you will cover KS3/KS4 classes for short periods of absence. This is a rewarding job and one that provides valuable experiences in the classroom especially if you are looking for a stepping stone in order to get into teaching.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Safeguard pupils’ well-being by following relevant statutory guidance along with school policies, procedures and practice
- Demonstrate positive attitudes, values and behaviours to develop and sustain effective relationships with the school community
- Maintain clear and professional communication with pupils and staff
- Arrive promptly at the classroom and meet and greet the students. Take the register in accordance with school procedures
- Encourage students to fully engage and participate in their learning
