As a Care Worker, you will assist individuals with a variety of needs, including daily living activities, personal care, companionship, and community engagement. You will work closely with service users to promote their well-being, independence, and social inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
- Support individuals in accessing community services and participating in social activities.
